  I've never had a problem coming here until today. I wanted to deposit my coins to my account (about $16.00 and mostly quarters). When I went in, I saw signs on the machines that count the coins that said they were out of order, so I waited in line to see the teller. I told the teller that I'd like to deposit my coins to my account. She said she couldn't. I told here if it were a problem, I'd be more than happy to count them myself. She went to the back and spoke with somebody and came back to tell me that they HAD to go though the machine and referred me to another branch. How hard is it to count coins? She had a coin tray right there (which I pointed out) and still refused. I haven't graduated college yet, but I'm pretty sure I can count $16.00 in coins. If I didn't have any pending transactions I would have closed my account right there. It was so inconvenienceing because it was such a simple thing they wouldn't do for me. Moral of the story: if you have coins, DON'T bank here.
